Accounts Receivable assistant

A great opportunity for an AR/Accounts receivable and Reconciliations specialist to join this friendly transactional accounts team. This is a 3-month temporary cover, to start as soon as possible based in St Johns Wood.

9-5pm role with an hour for lunch; Monday to Friday with 3 days needing to be in the offices, 2 days can be remote working.

Paying £18.13 per hour plus holiday pay – total of £20.32/ hour

Reporting into Financial Accountant responsibilities include:

•

o Reconciling of Bank statements

o Reconciling accounts at month end

o All aspect relating to A/R – raising of sales invoices and chasing up payments

o P11d’s preparation/management

o Other ad hoc tasks from Financial Accountant, Financial Controller and AP/AR Manager

o Using systems: NetSuite, Concur and Excel
