Staff nurse - 12 month contract

Staff Nurse — Women's Health – up to £40,000

Harley Street, with flexibility across our London clinics

A leading Harley Street based growing women's health practice are looking for a compassionate, skilled Staff Nurse to join their team on a one-year contract (with potential to become permanent). To start as soon as possible, this is 35 hours working week, Monday to Saturday shift pattern.

The successful candidate will be degree qualified in nursing or a health-related subject, with valid NMC registration. Possess Phlebotomy experience and nursing experience within a gynaecology outpatient setting. An excellent communicator with a flexible and team orientated attitude. Ideally experience in the private sector.

Reporting into the Senior Staff Nurse and Lead nurse, your responsibilities are varied and include:

• Deliver personalised, patient-centred clinical care under consultant supervision, including observations, phlebotomy, and accurate record-keeping

• Support outpatient procedures such as hysteroscopy, and deliver nurse-led services including vaccinations, injections, and smear tests

• Maintain high standards of infection control, health and safety, and clinical documentation

• Support and mentor HCAs, contributing to a positive team learning environment

• Communicate effectively across the multidisciplinary team, escalating concerns as needed

• Help manage patient flow, clinical supplies, and stock control within the department

• Contribute to clinical audits, quality improvement, and CQC compliance
